The Equity in OC Initiative is entering the Action and Learning Community Phase (Phase 2).
This deep dive session will provide information on the different components of the Action and Learning Community, Social Determinants of Health actions areas, and implementation grant funding. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss equity improvement project ideas, how to form an equity improvement team, and other related questions.
